The CSH02.5B-ET-EC-EC-L3-NN-NN-FW by Bosch Rexroth Indramat is an advanced-level control section designed for industrial automation while prioritizing cost-effectiveness and reliability. While the model does not include a control panel and software, it requires the proper firmware for operation. The unit, with dimensions of 241 mm x 103 mm x 49.5 mm, operates best under Bosch's advised conditions and is not recommended for use over 1000 meters above sea level due to moisture susceptibility. Compatible with many current motor encoders, the model is equipped with multiple Ethernet interfaces and is commonly applied in machine tools, paper processing, printing, and food machines. This control section comes with different ports for digital and analog inputs/outputs and features a Safe Torque Off (STO) section at connection point X41. For functioning, this model may need an additional power supply at points X31.8 and X31.9, and a protective diode to prevent incorrect connection and polarity reversal. The module supports adjustable frequencies ranging from 2 to 16 kHz.
