The CX2040-0125 embedded PC from Beckhoff’s CX Embedded PC Systems series is powered by an Intel Core i7-2715QE quad-core processor at 2.1 GHz with 4 GB non-expandable DDR3 RAM. It offers 20 or 40 GB CFast storage, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, and four USB 2.0 ports on a 24 V DC supply. An integrated fan with ball bearings provides cooling and a battery-backed clock retains time during power loss. Housed in an IP20 enclosure it operates from -25 to +60 °C.
