The Beckhoff CX5000-0111 embedded PC, part of the CX Embedded PC Systems series by Beckhoff, is driven by an Intel Atom Z530 @1.6 GHz processor and equipped with 512 MB RAM (upgradable to 1 GB) along with 128 MB compact flash storage (expandable).
