The CX5010-0100 from Beckhoff features an Intel Atom Z510 processor and a 1.1 GHz single-core architecture. Part of the CX Embedded PC Systems, it offers 512 MB RAM, passive cooling, and supports Windows Embedded CE 6 and Standard 2009.

It includes a Compact Flash slot with 128 MB flash (expandable), integrates a 1-second UPS, and provides two 10/100/1000 Mbit/s Ethernet ports. The system consumes 12 W at 24 V DC and uses an exchangeable battery-backed clock for reliable operation.
