The Beckhoff CX5020-1115 is an embedded PC part of the larger CX5000 series driven by an Intel Atom Z530 processor, providing increased speed and performance employing Intel's hyperthreading technology. Equipped with TwinCAT 3 runtime (XAR) control software and Windows Embedded CE 6 operating system, this PC allows real-time control of various programmable logic controllers and robotics runtime systems, with easy software migration and Visual Studio integration. The device incorporates a slot for a Compact Flash card and an integral capacitive 1-second UPS for secure backup of application data. It includes a built-in, battery-backed clock for event logging and functions within specific parameters for storage and operating temperatures. The non-condensing relative humidity must not exceed 95%. The fanless and compact design of the CX5020-1115 maximizes space efficiency.
