The CX5120-0115 is a premier embedded PC system designed and manufactured by Beckhoff, the industry leader in PC-based automation solutions. This excellent product blends the most advanced technology with remarkable energy-efficiency. The single-core Intel Atom® E3815, 1.46 GHz processor is housed in a fanless design which allows for highly efficient heat dissipation. Running on the Windows Embedded Standard 7 P operating system, the system's maximum power consumption is a modest 11W, only rising to 18W with a UPS. The CX5120-0115 comes with 2 GB DDR3 RAM storage and can incorporate flash memory via CFast or microSD cards. With a plethora of connection options such as 2 RJ45 10/100/1000 Mbits/s, 1 DVI-I, and 4 USB 2.0, it also supports EtherCAT for extended functionality. This flexible and durable system is suitable for a wide range of motion control applications, all at an affordable cost.
