The Beckhoff Automation's CX5130-0123 is an embedded PC that serves as a control system for PLC/motion control and PLC projects, with or without visualization. This device also handles motion control applications with interpolating axis movements. With a maximum power consumption of 14W, it operates on a Windows Embedded Standard 7 P 32-bit operating system and incorporates TwinCAT 2 NC I runtime software. The control system, measuring 142mm x 100mm x 92mm and weighing about 2lbs, possesses an E-bus or K-bus type I/O connection with automatic recognition. It offers many optional interfaces and features two independent Gbit Ethernet interfaces, four USB 2.0 interfaces, and a DVI-I interface. Notably, it has an inbuilt 1-second UPS persistent memory capable of storing up to 1MB of persistent data. Upon storage, the time and data must be reset after removing the battery.
