The CX5240-0125 is a fanless embedded PC manufactured by Beckhoff in the CX Embedded PC Systems series. Powered by an Intel Atom x5-E3940 processor at 1.6 GHz with 4 cores and 8 GB DDR4 RAM, it employs passive cooling and consumes a maximum of 18 W. Connectivity includes 2× RJ45 10/100/1000 Mbit/s Ethernet, 4× USB 3.0 and an optional user-defined interface. A slot for CFast or microSD flash, battery-backed clock and compatibility with Windows 10 IoT or TwinCAT 3 ensure reliable industrial automation in a compact 142×100×92 mm IP20-rated enclosure.
