The Beckhoff CX9000-0001 from the CX Embedded PC Systems series is a compact, high-performance embedded automation controller featuring a 266 MHz Intel IXP420 processor with XScale technology running Windows CE 5. It offers 16 MB internal flash, expandable to 32 MB and 64 MB RAM, expandable to 128 MB for flexible memory configuration. Dual RJ45 Ethernet ports (10/100 Mbps) with an internal switch enable seamless network integration, while diagnostic LEDs provide power and network status feedback. Designed for industrial environments, it operates on a 24 V DC supply (-15%/+20%) with a max. power loss of 6 W and supports an ambient temperature range of 0 to +55 °C. Weighing approximately 250 g, the CX9000-0001 integrates E-bus (EtherCAT) I/O and a battery-backed real-time clock, delivering reliable performance for small to medium control tasks.
