Bosch Rexroth's CZM01.3-02-07 auxiliary capacitance module is designed to reduce the DC bus capacitor load in drive controllers whilst also minimizing power loss inside the control cabinet. With a nominal DC bus capacity of 2.4mF, the module uses natural convection for cooling and offers a tightening torque range of 2.5-3Nm. Weighing 5kg and measuring 6.3 x 36.2 x 26 cm, the unit is constructed from silicone and asbestos-free materials, conforming to CE certification standards. The CZM series auxiliary capacitance module comes with a connection block comprising of 2 / 3 / 3 pins and a M5 ring terminal screw-in connection. It supports an input DC bus voltage ranging from 300 to 800VDC and boasts an insulation resistance of over 25MOhm at 500VDC. For optimal performance, ensure it's installed close to the drive with high DC bus continuous power and positioned with the X5 connection at the bottom.
