The Okuma DCPS-2 DC power supply is designed for use with two-axis and four-axis servo drives in CNC machines. It converts 220VAC voltage to 300VDC and can support up to six servo drives. The power supply features a 60A current rating, a 220VAC voltage rating, weighs 13kg and dimensions of 48 x 15 x 27kg. It houses seven LED indicators on its PCB, including PS and MCON LEDs that light up green to indicate power supply and when the MCS relay is de-energized. Conversely, the LV, HV, and PH LEDs glow red to detect low voltage, high voltage and phase loss. The power supply incorporates a capacitor discharge switch for safe shutdown before removal and is compatible with various cooling methods. The DCPS-2 includes a power conversion regulator for less heat dissipation and a filter to deliver consistent DC voltage despite load or line voltage change.
