The DDC01.1-K100A-DG02-00, engineered by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a servo drive fitted with a DG02-00 configuration and an integral mains contactor. Upon power activation, its H1 and CTA displays indicate "AF" and "drive enable" messages. Notably, the drive controller can activate three distinct responses in the event of a drive error, although certain errors such as overvoltage, overcurrent, or motor encoder error can prevent the drive from halting, potentially leading to machine damage. Equipped with a 100A current rating, the drive controller also controls the motor holding brake. Motor current at feed velocity during rapid acceleration or traverse checks the drive load. This drive also has a +/-0.5 angular minutes system accuracy with the attached motor and uses approved cables for all connections. Concerning noise, it has a standard emission at the motor side. The unit's single-axis positioning module can emit a drive enable signal under error-free conditions, while the U1 slot houses the command interface card.
