The DDC01.2-K050A-D is an industrial drive controller crafted by the skilled technicians at Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This high-quality product is designed for precise motion control in industrial servo systems, with the ability to independently adjust motor movements to adhere to operator-defined parameters. A microprocessor-based device, it can be adjusted for machines needing single-axis control via insertion of a DLC single-axis positioning control module. Adhering to the IP65 protection category, this product can also host a forward feed unit, eliminating the requirement for power and motor cables. It manages its internal temperature with air ventilation, made possible by an inbuilt heatsink and air blower. Although maintenance-free, in polluted environments, regular cleaning of the heatsink and air duct is advised. The controller operates with a rated current of 50 Amperes, featuring a heat-producing bleeder resistor. Placing flammable substances within 300mm of the controller is not recommended, and any connected cables should not exceed 75m.
