The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DDC01.2-N200A-DL05-01-FW is a digital AC drive controller engineered for precise motor control applications. Its modular design allows for customized functionality through optional plug-in modules, including DEA input/output interface cards, DEF incremental position interfaces, and DLF high-resolution position interfaces. The drive's configuration is clearly indicated on a rating plate on the front, which should be verified before commissioning. Rated for a peak output of 200 Amps and a continuous output of 45 Amps, the drive operates with a PWM frequency of 4 kHz. It requires power of up to 22.5 kW and can handle various mechanical loads as specified. Integrated with digital servo feedback, it includes a single-axis positioning command module. Performance may degrade above 45°C or 1000m elevation, and operation above 55°C should be avoided to prevent damage. Installation and commissioning should be executed by qualified personnel only.
