Bosch Rexroth Indramat manufactures the DDC01.2-N200A-DS01-02-FW, an intelligent digital servo drive. This version 2, series 1 product features a rated current of 200A and a noise emission at the motor ranging from 100A to 200A. The servo drive employs air cooling, a SERCOS interface command module, and digital servo feedback for motor functionality. As its firmware must be separately ordered, the driver is factory assigned. The product's space-saving installation doesn't require a control cabinet, as it's installed directly at the feeder, eliminating long connections susceptible to interference. The driver's integrated protection system facilitates power shutoff in the DDC, while a built-in contactor ensures the power supply is properly isolated. Directly connected to a 220V three-phase power source, the driver's lifespan is extended through currentless switching. An integral DC bus enables dynamic braking, and any drive electronic circuitry issues are mitigated by an integrated dynamic brake system. Additionally, a motor holding brake helps control and monitor the motor's holding brake.
