The DDC01.2-N200A-DS50-00-FW, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a digital servo drive that specializes in managing AC servo motors with intelligent control. This brushless device integrates a CLC-D02.2A multi-axis control module for coordinated and uncoordinated motion control, with the added benefit of inbuilt I/O functions. Communication between the motor and drive is through real-time optical fiber cables, with a DSS 01.3 SERCOS interface positioned in the U1 drive slot. A DEA 4.1 I/O interface, installed in the U3 slot, supports binary signal exchange while the U4 slot remains free for customization. The configuration-ordered DSM 02.1 software module is not inclusive. Key features of this model include a rated current of 200 A, input voltage of 3 × 220 – 230 VAC, a PWM frequency of 4 kHz, power loss of 500 W, and IP65 protection standard. With a weight of 22 kg, the drive has a maximum regenerated power of 20 kWs and is cooled naturally to maintain an ambient temperature of +45 Celsius.
