The DDC01.2-N200A-DS63-01-FW is an AC Drive Controller by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, made to work with digital servo drives. It is versatile and fully customizable, catering to application-specific requirements with the assistance of auxiliary plug-in modules and appropriate software modules. As a series 1, version 2 product, it offers a standard motor noise emission, with a current rating of 200 Amps and an average continuous current of 45 Amps. When equipped with a SERCOS interface command module, a software module, and an optional auxiliary plug-in card, it forms a dynamic system configuration with MDD AC motors. The unit, which is IP 65 protected, comes fitted with a DC bus rectifier and a bleeder resistor and maintains certain cooling requirements due to heat generated during operation. Whilst generally maintenance-free, it may need additional servicing in high-pollution environments. It operates optimally at an ambient temperature ranging from 5 to 45 degrees Celsius.
