The DDS02.1-A100-DS13-01-FW/S002 is an industrial automation tool made by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, renowned for their drive controllers, servo motors and frequency converters. This second series model uses digital servo feedback to control the speed and position of the shaft. Communication between the motor and controller is facilitated by a SERCOS interface via an optical fiber cable. Also note that the controller's firmware, containing the operating software, needs to be ordered separately. For heat management, the DDS02.1 drive controller employs a cooling technology that uses airflow to draw heat away from the cabinet. The unit needs an electrical connection to a dc-link voltage of 300 VDC with a 15% boost, operates at a nominal current of 100 A and consumes the current of 200 mA at ±15 V, and 1100 mA at +24 V. The model operates best with an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 45°C and 90% humidity.
