The DDS02.1-A100-DS15-00/S002 is a servo drive system produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, designed to provide precise and rapid-response control in various industrial applications such as machine tools, textiles, printing, packaging machinery, robotics, and handling machines. It works with diverse servo motors through a power cable and a motor feedback cable. Additionally, its operation is based on a Serial Real-time Communication System (SERCOS), which regulates the communication between control components. The drive operates at a peak current of 100 amps and 97 watts of power dissipation. Notably, the drive's heat regulation system enables efficient conduction of energy loss outside of the control cabinet, avoiding heat accumulation within. Consequently, it need not require complex heat conduction and can be housed in small control cabinets or enclosures. Moreover, its protection category IP 54 prevents any penetration by objects over 50mm in diameter. Lastly, due to its potential to generate a leakage current of approximately 3.5 mA, it must be properly grounded before operation.
