The DDS02.1-A100-DS30-02, a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is an 11 kg drive controller with a rated current of 100 Amperes. It gets housed in an IP 10-rated air control cabinet, featuring a sophisticated cooling mechanism that maintains heat levels by pulling air from outside and removing warmth from the cabinet. This ready-to-use unit encompasses a digital servo motor feedback system and has functionality with a SERCOS-compliant bus. Complying with the I.P. 20 material protection class, the control cabinet incurs a loss of 97 W and 380W inside and outside respectively, operating at a D.C. bus voltage of 300 Volts with a statistically significant variance of ±15 percent. Designed to function optimally between 0 to 45 degrees Celsius, it can withstand up to 55 degrees Celsius under derated data conditions. While it can operate at heights up to 1000 meters, the various equipment requirements taper off above this height. The product needs to be stored in a dry, dust-free location devoid of any shock, with the temperature ranging from -30 to 85 degrees Celsius.
