Created by industrial automation leader, Bosch Rexroth Indramat, the DDS02.1-A150-DA01-00 is a drive controller designed for high performance in diverse industrial motion control systems. Operating at a rated input power of 300 VDC, it receives power from its corresponding TVM supply module. Installation is recommended to be conducted vertically on a clean, flat surface. Essential software for operation is housed in the DSM 02.1 module which is fitted in the U5 slot of the controller. Equipped with a command interface card, this model facilitates effective communication with the motor and attached I/O devices. It employs an ANALOG interface for communication and a digital servo for feedback management. To ensure optimal operating conditions, the controller should be housed in a switchgear cabinet at a temperature range of 0 to +45 degrees Celsius, and at a maximum altitude of 1000 m/sea level. Ideal ventilation is achieved through external airflow near the top, bottom, and sides of the controller. Note that operation should be carried out by electrically certified professionals, given its inherent technical complexity.
