The DDS02.1-A150-DA07-02-FW, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a modular drive controller designed to effectively combine servo motors and AC main drives in advanced industrial production systems. This flexible, compact device boasts slots U1 to U5 for numerous configuration modules, all contained within an environmentally safe, silicon and asbestos-free casing. It employs forced ventilation to control heat production, necessitating strategic positioning for optimal air flow. The controller operates with a continuous current of 105 Amps under normal conditions, but can accommodate a maximum input current up to 150 Amps. Weighing in at around 11 kilograms, it possesses a robust housing built to IP10 protection class standards, safeguarding internal components against larger foreign materials. Liquid or tiny particle protection requires an external IP54-rated control cabinet. This drive controller does not come with software modules, which must be ordered separately based on application needs.
