The DDS02.1-A150-DS50-00-FW is a modular drive controller made by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, specifically designed for versatile and precise control of electric motor positions and speed in various industrial applications. Compatible with all DC 24 V supply units, except the TVM 1.2 series, its operation can be customized to diverse needs with plug-in components. The IP 20 compliance ensures its resistance to solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. Optimized performance can be achieved between temperatures of 0 to 45 degree Celsius. Moreover, its rated current stands at 150 Amps. This unit features digital servo feedback, a Sercos interface communication module and houses firmware and drive variable in its software module. Should replacement be required, the software module ensures smooth transition by transferring parameters to the new unit. Operation is slightly diminished at higher temperatures (45-55° C) and is cooled using cold technology. It weighs around 11 kg and can be assembled up to a maximum altitude of 1000 m.
