The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DDS02.1-A150-DS52-00-FW is a high-tech drive controller designed for industrial servo systems, notably compatible with machines involved in textiles and food processing. Built with DSF type motor feedback, it uses 120 Watts within the control cabinet and 477 Watts externally during operation. Its functionality is enhanced by additional modules, including software, communication, and plug-in modules, placed in slots U1-U5 on the controller. The software module, specified to the model, carries drive instructions, firmware, and settings and is used to transfer operating parameters for drive controller replacement. While most Rexroth Indramat DDS series controllers work with 24 Volts DC power supply units from the same company, the TVM 1.2 models are not compatible. With a 95% efficiency rating under normal conditions, this controller is safe and reliable for industrial control systems, as long as conditions are properly maintained.
