The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DDS02.1-A150-RC01-01-FW drive controller is designed for easy mounting in a compact housing or control cabinet without the need for heat exchangers. The device must be securely attached to the cabinet's rear wall using a mounting plate, ensuring signal and supply lines are properly distanced to eliminate interference. This basic unit includes a fault reset function and a top-mounted status display for error and warning notifications. Connection to the DC bus is facilitated by two terminals, L+ and L-, with additional drive lockout connectivity via the X3 connector. Typically, the product features a motor power cable of maximum 75m in length for connecting the controller and motor, and employs resolver feedback. The controller utilizes an INTERBUS-S interface for communication and offers the possibility of connecting multiple controllers through DC bus rails. A "Bb" ready-to-operate contact indicates power readiness. The device requires an initial commissioning process prior to use.
