Manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, the DDS02.1-A200-DA06-00 is a DDS series drive controller, known for its modular structure. The basic unit contains five slots for plugins of which two are reserved for a software module and a command communication module. Firmware and operating parameters are housed on the software module, which can be transferred between drives to minimize downtime. The controller operates off a regulated 24 Volt DC input, boasting a robust output of 200 Amps. Weighing in at 7.5 kilograms, the unit is protected by an IP10-rated housing ensuring safety from objects larger than 50 millimeters, however, it lacks protection against dust and liquids. Installation in a suitable control cabinet is necessary and free vertical spacing of 80 mm above and below is required for cooling. With operational conditions ranging from 0-45 degrees Celsius and under an altitude of 1000 meters, this controller is fitted with digital servo feedback and an analog communication module. It should only be handled by trained personnel.
