The DDS02.1-A200-DL40-01-FW, developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a top-tier modular drive controller ideal for controlling industrial motor operations within production and processing machines. This modular structure meshes the AC servo and main drive into a compact singular drive package, utilizing one supply unit. When integrated with a compatible Bosch Rexroth motor, the drive controller forms a quick-response drive, making it ideal for use in industries such as textiles, printing, packaging, robotics, and handling machines. The DDS02.1-A200-DL40-01-FW arrives pre-configured, composed of a base unit, software and plugin modules, and firmware. Excess heat is managed through natural convection and forced ventilation. Despite achieving the IP10 protection class, it is recommended for the controller to be housed in a control cabinet that meets the IP54 protection class. Upon delivery, each unit is sealed individually in marked one-way cartoons for easy identification.
