The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DDS02.1-A200-DS01-02-FW drive controller needs to be housed within a closed unit or a control cabinet. It has an IP 10 protection rating, safeguarding against solid objects larger than 50mm. It requires an internal clearance of 110mm +/-0.5mm inside its control cabinet and may experience high voltage if not earthed before start. Post activation, its electrical points should not be touched. The SERCOS interface enables communication via fiber optic cable (separately procured) and the unit must be deactivated using a master switch during cleaning or repairs. This 200A controller has a firmware requirement, which must be purchased separately. Its operation should resume five minutes post power-on for full capacitor discharge. Residing near high-frequency units is not recommended. The device comes pre-loaded with both firmware and hardware. Shipping can be done through trusted couriers like FedEx.
