Manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, DDS02.1-F050-D is a drive controller with a peak current of 50A. Lacking a communications module, the device is designed to function at temperatures up to 55°C, while its solid object penetration protection is rated for objects with a diameter exceeding 50mm. The controller, which should be positioned near the power supply to maintain minimum clearance distance, features A1, A2, and A3 terminals tightened through M6 screws with a 5Nm torque. It's equipped with an S1 fault reset key and an H1 status display, a two-digit LED that shows error and warnings codes. Designed for compatibility with manufacturer-approved parts and accessories, the controller connects to adjacent drives via DC bus rails. Its X1 connector powers the control electronics while its two analog diagnostic outputs aid in commissioning tests. The device’s starting lockout does not halt its moving axes.
