The DDS02.1-K150-DS08-00/S002, a microprocessor controlled drive controller from Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is designed to efficiently monitor the functions of MDD synchronous motors. Adhering to IP20 protection standards, it features a blower unit for cooling, operated by external air. The controller can be customized via plug-in modules attached to the U1 – U5 slots. The product derives its power from a 3-phase AC source, with a separate 24 VDC supply unit for control operations. It regulates motor position and speed via its motor feedback connection, and data is shared with the motor through a SERCOS interface. The front panel features an H1 status display for warning signals and an S1 fault reset option. The controller requires a consistent current of 150 A, has safe torque-off operations, and the data is stored by a 3.6 V battery with a lifespan of about 10 years. A configuration rating plate is also provided for reference.
