Bosch Rexroth Indramat's DDS02.1-W015-DA01-00 is an intelligent digital drive controller that operates at a nominal current of 15 A, designed in adherence to UL standards. An integral part of industrial automation systems, it regulates motor functions and parameters. Its digital servo feedback controls the motor output shaft's position and the attached electric motor's speed. The drive controller includes a 3.6 V lithium battery to maintain the device's RAM memory and operational module parameters. The basic unit features five plug-in slots for customizable functionality, including a specially designated U1 slot for a command communication module. Additional auxiliary modules are fitted into the U2 - U5 slots, with a DSM02.1 firmware card in the U5 slot. The drive controller also includes a status display and an S1 fault reset key. This vertically mountable unit draws input power from a Rexroth Indramat prescribed supply module. Alongside continuous operation, it compensates for an 80W power loss through natural convection.
