Bosch Rexroth Indramat's DDS02.1-W015-DS03-02-FW is an AC servo drive, designed for use with CNC machine tools, grinding machines, robots, and handling systems. This microprocessor-controlled unit boasts a modular architecture, granting flexibility for various requirements. The core unit has designated slots for optional modules, including an essential software module for drive firmware and operating parameters, and a command and communication module. There are three additional slots available for plug-in modules. The servo drive comes equipped with a SERCOS interface, a real-time communication system that utilizes fiber optic cables for data exchange, affording high-speed resolution and a simplification of NC controls and wiring. This product also provides highly accurate rotor position measurement over broad speed ranges due to its support for digital servo feedback. With a basic unit width of 105mm and an electric current rating of 15 Amps, it integrates well with MDD servo motors.
