The DDS02.1-W015-DS51-02-FW is an air-cooled drive, constructed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, that relies on natural convection for cooling. Designed for vertical mounting within a cabinet, it functions optimally at temperatures between 0 and 45 degrees Celsius and altitudes up to 1000 meters. However, it can operate up to 55 degrees Celsius and 5000 meters, albeit with 20% and 35% output derating respectively. It can tolerate storage and transport temperatures ranging from -30 to 85 degrees Celsius. This drive uses digital servo feedback, features a SERCOS communication module, and needs a regulated 24 Volt DC input. The DC bus is rated at 300 Volts DC and the device dissipates nearly 7.5 Watts during operation. The device is rated IP20 and requires a minimum spacing of 80 millimeters at the top and bottom for ventilation. Installation and handling should only be done by trained technicians to avoid injury or damage.
