The DDS02.1-W015-RL01-01-FW is a digital drive controller crafted by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, a leading provider of automation equipment. This intelligent device is developed to operate numerous synchronous and linear motors. Upholding UL standards, its modular design benefits from heat technology to counter excess heat in the control cabinet using interior cooling airflow. It adheres to IP20 protection specifications and should be housed in control cabinets with a minimum IP54 Protection Classification. Running on a 15A rated current, it connects to a 24VDC power supply module. The controller's firmware module is available separately and can be customized per specific tasks. It features plug-in slots (U1 – U5) and displays error signals through an H1 status display with an S1 fault reset key. It functions optimally between 0 and +45 degrees Celsius, can endure up to +55 degrees Celsius, and is enhanced with resolver feedback and a single-axis positioning module. Slot U1 harbours the DLC01.1 module, U2 the DEA04.1 interface, whereas U3 - U4 are empty and U5 houses the firmware module DSM02.1-FW.
