Bosch Rexroth Indramat's DDS02.1-W015-RL02-01-FW leverages cutting-edge manufacturing technologies to offer superior control and monitoring for MDD and MKD synchronous motors as well as LAR and LAF inductance linear motors. As part of a digital intelligent drive system, this controller works most effectively with TVM and KDV power supply modules requiring a 24 VDC power supply for connection. The DDS02.1 controller, operating at ±15 VDC, uses 150 mA of power whilst at 24 VDC draws 500 mA of power. It thrives at an optimal ambient temperature of up to +45 degrees Celsius and an installation height up to 1000 m/sea level, maintaining system temperature with in-built heat technology. Constructed to American standards, it can handle continuous currents of 15 A and features a resolver feedback module for precise positioning. The firmware module DSM02.1-FW must be purchased separately. The controller is modular, featuring a DLC01.1-FW single-axis positioning module in Slot 1, and a DEA04.1 and DEA05.1 input/output interface module in the U2 and slot 3 respectively while slot 4 remains unoccupied.
