The DDS02.1-W015-RS53-01-FW, manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is an advanced drive controller renowned for its high operational reliability and maintenance-free performance. Recommended for installation under an IP54 or greater protective category control cabinet, it utilizes in-cabinet air circulation for maintaining temperature. The unit requires separately ordered firmware based on the necessary functions and type code. With DC link voltage of 300 VDC and 24VDC power voltage, the controller consumes a continuous current of 15 A. The drive fully integrates into digital intelligent drive systems, offering rapid, resolver feedback driven control for synchronous or linear AC motors. Protected by an IP20 category design, the controller operates well up to 95% relative humidity. Its effective operating temperature range falls between 0 to 45 degrees Celsius without derating and up to 55 degrees Celsius with 20% derating. This model uses an exclusive SERCOS interface for data sharing and transmitting data between devices and itself.
