The DDS02.1-W025-DA10-00, developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a drive controller that requires careful, dust-free, shock-free storage and transportation without any load. The device is equipped with a Bb contact which signals a steady Ready status, indicating its readiness to output power. It uses an IKS0391 service cable for its commissioning and comes with AS+ and AS- control inputs rated at 1.5W power and a voltage of 20VDC to 30VDC. These control inputs can be used to activate a starting lockout that does not function to bring moving axes to a halt. The X2 connector allows connectivity to a RS 232 serial interface. Its analog diagnostic outputs can generate drive internal variables for testing, with a 10VDC voltage output and a current rating of 4mA. The DDS02.1-W025-DA10-00 is constructed to support vertical installation and is suitable for storage and transportation at temperatures between -30°C and 85°C. Caution must be exercised to avoid operating the unit with an unregulated power supply.
