The Bosch Rexroth DDS02.1-W025-DS03-01 drive controller is equipped with a ground motor connection, integrated DC bus connections, a fault reset key, a H1 status LED display for error messages, and two diagnostic outputs for internal drive variables testing. This device requires specific packaging for safe transportation or storage and comes ready to receive power, signaled by a closed ready-operate contact. Additionally, it offers a starting lockout feature valuable in preventing accidental motor startup. Its exclusive use is recommended with motors featuring digital servo feedback, and it uses the manufacturer's feedback cables restricted to a 75m limit. This controller performs within 0-45°C ambient temperature, features the function ID version code 01, is cooled by internal control cabinet airflow and may necessitate a large control cabinet for installations. The drive parameters are stored in its software module.
