The DDS02.1-W025-DS24-02 drive controller, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is designed for installation in industrial machine control cabinets. It's commonly found in machine tools, textiles, printing and packaging machinery, as well as robotic and handling machines. However, due to the potential danger from voltages exceeding 50 Volts, only trained personnel should install and maintain the device. It's integral for the system's efficiency that the motor feedback data type codes of the motor synchronize with the drive controller. The device operates on a DC bus voltage of 300 Volts and a constant current of 25 Amps. Its energy loss in a control cabinet is capped at 170 W, and it features a digital servo feedback system. The drive controller communicates through a SERCOS interface with firmware version 02 and comes with a variety of accessory kits. With an IP20 rating, it weighs 7.5 kg and can operate in ambient temperatures of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius.
