The DDS02.1-W050-DA01, crafted by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a robust drive controller from the highly modular DDS series. With spaces available for a software, communication, and multiple plug-in modules, it presents a flexible solution for various operational requirements. Its software module contains firmware and drive configuration, and can be easily replicated across controllers or transferred to a replacement unit to minimize downtime. This controller supports digital servo feedback and boasts an analog communication interface. Operating at a rated current output of 50 Amps, the basic unit requires 24 Volts DC input. Suitable for indoor usage, the controller carries an IP20 protection rating and must be enclosed for outdoor application. The recommended operating conditions are 0-45 degrees Celsius and up to 1000 meters altitude, with maximum relative humidity of 95% and absolute humidity of 25g per cubic meter. For non-standard conditions, derating is required. Installation and operation should be handled by qualified personnel only.
