The DDS02.1-W050-DA02-00 is a high-precision industrial drive controller crafted by Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Constructed within a sturdy IP20-protected housing, it achieves optimal performance when complemented with an IP54-rated control cabinet. This versatile drive seamlessly integrates with various industrial motor series such as MDD, MKD, and LAR AC. For maximum efficiency, a regulated 24-volt power source is recommended. The controller’s modular design allows focused repairs, enhancing its longevity. Under ideal conditions, the drive controller draws a steady 50 amperes of current and operates at a DC bus voltage of around 300 volts, maintaining approximately 95% operational efficiency. Equipped with an internal air blower and a heatsink, the controller self-regulates its temperature via forced ventilation. An installation allowing easy airflow in and out of the housing unit aids this process.
