The Bosch Rexroth Indramat DDS02.1-W050-DL08-01-FW is a single-axis positioning drive controller featuring up to 3,000 programmable program blocks for motion sequences. Traditionally delivered with empty slots in the basic unit, the DDS02.1-W050-DL08-01-FW possesses a DC bus voltage capability of +/-15% at 300V, set via an overload factor during commissioning. Weighing roughly 7.5kg, the controller's operating parameters take into account combined current consumption of plug-in modules, the basic unit, and motor feedback. It can operate optimally even in temperatures as high as 55°C. Avoid operating near remote control, radio or high-frequency equipment. Always ensure safe handling using appropriate tools to prevent damage. The unit consists of a status display and a software module in slot five, a DC bus rails connection to adjacent units, and a motor feedback connection through its X4 connector. The power cable should not exceed 75m in length.
