The DDS02.1-W050-DS03-02-FW is a digital intelligent drive controller produced by industrial automation specialist Bosch Rexroth Indramat. This model is designed to control synchronous and linear motors, featuring a rated voltage of 24VDC and consuming a rated current of 50A. The controller has several slots so it can be individually configured to meet specific requirements. Included is a SERCOS interface command communication module for enhanced data communication. The drive controller operates optimally between 0 to +45 degree Celsius with humidity level up to 95%. Cold technology maintains ambient temperature by leveraging external air. The product has an IP20 protection rating. This model includes digital servo feedback that indirectly detects motor position and is equipped with a DSS1.3-FW module and DEF01.1 incremental position interface card. Placeholder slots U3 – U4 are left empty, while slot U5 contains a software module DSM02.1-FW. The specific operating software must be separately ordered based on drive configuration needs.
