The DDS02.1-W050-DS09-01-FW is an advanced digital intelligent drive controller, manufactured by industry leader Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Offering a high level of precision in motion control, it's a perfect fit for the DIAX04 drive system. The controller incorporates a software and firmware module, both situated in the U5 slot. Its recommended operating conditions are an ambient temperature from 0 to +45 degrees Celsius. Data is shared through the efficient SERCOS interface while digital servo feedback translates output shaft rotation into electrical signals. Installation must be vertical and within a secured IP54 rated enclosure, due to its lower protection category. Forced convection keeps the device cool, by means of a blower unit. Correct configuration and adequate installation space are vital for optimal performance. The device utilizes L- and L+ terminals for power input and offers a tri-phase connection to the motor via A1, A2, and A3 terminals.
