The DDS02.1-W050-DS45-00-FW industrial drive controller is an advanced control device engineered by Rexroth Indramat. Utilized in the management of industrial servo systems, it governs speed, position and overall function of servo motors, including the MDD synchronous motor, LAR inductance linear motor, and the LAF inductance motor. The controller's housing is structured to thwart the entry of solid materials exceeding 12 millimeters in diameter. Recognized for its cost-effectiveness, it yields over five years of uninterrupted service under ideal conditions. Operating at a rated current of 50 amperes and a DC voltage of approximately 300 volts, it maintains the internal temperature within the prescribed range via forced ventilation. Installation requires a minimum spacing of about 60 millimeters for optimal heat dissipation. Provided as a fully configured unit, it consists of a software module, auxiliary plug-in module, and command communication module. It can operate between 0 to 45°C, while storage is permissible up to 75°C.
