The DDS02.1-W050-DS56-00-FW drive controller produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, plays a pivotal role in industrial automation processes, including the control and monitoring of various electrical motors. This UL-approved controller comes with a user-friendly interface - DEA04.2 - which facilitates the exchange of binary signals between the controller and PLC. User-customizable slots (U3 and U4) are present for flexibility. The firmware must be purchased separately, based on the drive controller's configuration. This model also includes an alphanumeric H1 display and an S1 reset key to address faults and errors swiftly. Cooling is handled by external airflow, although note that this should be free of reactive or dust particles. Installation must be vertical within a suitable control cabinet, powering through TVM or KDV power modules via a 24 VDC regulated supply. Operating the internal circuit requires a nominal current of 50 A. Further connectivity options include a SERCOS interface (operated by an optical fiber cable), and an RS232 interface for VT terminal or PC connection. Always ensure the environmental temperature range is maintained between 0 and +45 degrees Celsius during installation.
