Rexroth lndramat's DIAX02 drive controllers, under the DDS series, are known for their advanced features, high performance, and durable construction. The DDS02.1-W050-R, a second series version, is equipped with optimized internal cooling capabilities, allowing it to operate at full capacity without overheating. It is capable of operating in temperatures up to 45°C (rated data) and 55°C (de-rated data). The controller has a 50A current rating as well as a resolver feedback mechanism. The unit's robustness is supported by an IP 20 protection standard, providing resistance against dust and liquid penetration. It exhibits excellent thermal dissipation, with most heat energy efficiently conducted outside the unit. When mounting the device, ensure the heat sink side is not obstructed to avoid heat accumulation. It can function up to an elevation of 1000m and can withstand storage and transportation in temperatures between -30°C to 85°C.
