The DDS02.1-W050-RL20-01-FW, a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a customized drive controller which functions as a single-axis positioning module for a variety of synchronous and linear motors. It comprises a DLC02.1-FW module with capacity for up to 3000 program blocks, and allows for additional interface via an INTERBUS-S module in the U1 slot. It can be powered by a 24 VDC source through its L- and L+ terminals, with output through its A1, A2, and A3 terminals. This model also includes a fault reset key (S1) and a H1 status display that showcases errors or drive functions. Fitted with a DBS02.2-FW Interbus-S-slave interface in its U2 slot, it operates optimally between 0 and +45 degrees Celsius. Working at a nominal current of 50 A, it uses up 500 mA of power. Its firmware module, housing the software and drive parameters, is situated in the U5 slot. Suitable for use with industrial equipment like mounting systems, robots, and machine tools, its permissible ambient peak is +55 degrees Celsius with 20% derating.
