The DDS02.1-W100-DA02-01-FW is a high-quality, power efficient drive controller manufactured by the industry leader, Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Falling under the DIAX 02 DDS series line-up, this drive controller comprises a base unit, software modules and plugin modules. Housing a SERCOS interface within its communication module, this unit comes with an in-built cooling feature, rejecting the requirement for external heat exchangers under most operational circumstances. It consumes 100 A of current and has digital servo feedback. Keep in mind that the firmware needs to be ordered separately. Whilst not rated to be resistant against dust and water, its recommended working temperature is up to 45°C under full load and 55°C when operated at derated conditions. Always ensure to work within its maximum elevation limit of 1000 m. The controller features a configuration rating plate for easy identification of components and their slots for accurate replacements.
