The DDS02.1-W100-DC01-01-FW drive controller, produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, is a compact, multi-functional unit, equipped with pre-installed hardware, plugin adapters, and software modules. Designed with versatility in mind, it offers five module slots, three for supplemental plugins and two for command communication and firmware modules. As a 100-A drive controller, it features an internal heat dispersion system, digital servo feedback motor feedback, an INTERBUS-S interface command communication module, and a bus voltage of 300 V DC. For optimal performance and safety, it requires compliance with EC directives, uses of authorized spare parts, and the observance of safety protocols. It can operate within an average temperature range of 0 to 45 degrees Celsius and at a peak installation height of 1000 meters. It also maintains a maximum permissible relative air humidity of 95% and an absolute air humidity rating of 25 g/m3.
